He’s inside a house so lighting plays a factor. Josh is not some light skinned or yellowbone man, he is a medium toned black man and that is okay. That’s literally Josh, the lips and jaw shape gave it away.
I'm really skeptical, I wish it was him too. his left arm is out of the frame so I can't see the tats, maybe that's on purpose. The navel looks like his, the lips too, not sure about the goatee, the skin tone looks darker but that could still be him under dim lighting, the shape of his muscles looks like jobs so that's plausible.
