I'm not sure how to make sense of your run-on first sentence, but I think you are referring to my earlier note. I think maybe it's an attempt at irony? I never said stalkers are sadistic. But they are irrational with a misdirected obsession. And they can be dangerously unpredictable because they don't read social cues properly, have a delayed or non-existent understanding of rejection, and then may not accept rejection well. "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" isn't just a quaint old phrase. Being stalked is unpleasant. It isn't flattering. It's annoying.
