Male Only Gym Sauna Uk

I travel a lot working around the uk & like to enjoy a sauna without swimwear after a workout. I am a member of total fitness which has a sauna in the men’s changing room. Does anyone know of other gyms / hotels in the uk with men’s only sauna / steam / jacuzzi.

There are quite a few gyms in London with male-only saunas, not many thought but definitely exist.

as they say you have to take the bull by the horn and just be naked and seat it out. Think its the guys who cover up who have the problem not me.

I think the JD chain of gyms has saunas in the changing rooms, not sure on the nudity policy though.

Yeah, some fitness firsts and virgin actives have sauna and steam in mens locker rooms and so people come in in towels and then you just take them off.

Stayed at the Rembrandt hotel and attached was a gym with men’s sauna & steam-bath. It was small but nice. Guys were naked but most covered up with a towel, however I just sat on mine!!

Nuffield Gym’s with male only spa and / or steam rooms are as follows:

• City (Canon Street) which is their flagship;
• Moorgate (definitely the best steam as it’s in a male only spa area with a dry sauna and sun loungers;
• Chigwell (Essex);
• Battersea (I think but was years ago);
• Canary Wharf (I think but not been);
• Edinburgh (Omni Centre);
• Bristol

I have heard that Virgin Active Barbican has steam in changing room.

VA Barbican def does. Big one too. Sauna, steam and rain/mist showers off the lower changing room. Jacuzzi is poolside.

Yes, I forgot to add that Nuffield Health Covent Garden has shared showers in addition to private cubicles.
