This is called "Ballooning", glans blame. It's a Japanese teqnuiche called Kitozyme. There are a lot of Japanese hand domination vids involving this.

after reading that I tired it a few times straight after I have cum, with varying results.

I can do this. There is no mystery. It is just urine being expelled involuntarily due to continued stimulation right after an orgasm. Because of extreme sensitivity following orgasm, it doesn't always feel good to be stimulated like that, but it is an intense experience.

Well no, many of you guys won't believe me on what I say because they've seen this video or that video.
But my Penis is VERY sensitive even when I'm not close to an orgasm or such, but when you apply a lot of pressure to my penis for a certain amount of time I feel the urge to pee. No, even worse if you keep doing it I will pee, this has to do with the muscle keeping you from peeing while being hard.
