No, I don't believe Holmes is 8" or 8.5 inches. The reason I say this is Criss Strokes is a lot bigger than Holmes. And Strokes has been measured fully erect around 7.5 inches. See pics.

Strokes looks bigger in that pic than I've seen him before. Take out the fisheye lens and he looks big but not huge; Being skinny helps him a lot in this case.

Here is Criss Strokes measured and confirmed around 7.5". So Holmes has to be 7" or under? Look on previous page, even Moe Johnson is slightly shorter than Strokes. As stated above now we have J-Mac's measurement. Here he is side by side with Charlie Macc. Based on this I think Charlie Macc is around 8 inches.
We also have Eric John's measurement, so I attached him side by side with Bill Bailey, as Bailey has no measurement. That is pretty conclusive to me that Bailey is not anymore than 7", but make of it what you will.

I think I can offer the closest estimate of Voodoo's real size as he has never been measured with a ruler or tape. Please see attachment. I have a measured PlayStation 2 controller it is exactly 6 inches long. It seems any from different companies all measure six inches.
