That makes no sense to me. It would only work in a situation where accurate readings were of low priority and they just wanted rough estimates. Using it to follow curves would give you the wrong length unless you planned to run some weird formula between the top and bottom lengths, and the bottom can't be accurately measured anyhow. so you're back to square one.

Also, there is a serious problem if people insist Prince was measured correctly at 6.5 in that picture with the white lines drawn on. It doesn't matter if you concede he "might be 7 elsewhere". He is 7 in that picture also (lol of course). How can people not see the white line is not where the dick meets the body, but about 0.5 inch up the shaft. I mean it's plain to see just like we can see Manuel Ferrara isn't 5.5 inches and Chris Strokes isn't 6.5.

thats downplaying and I just said its not cool. But being on the opposite end of the spectrum makes you just as bad as the downplayers when there is actual proof in front of you. You are actually one of the alright ones in this thread but I have to disagree with you in terms of giving them an extra 0.25 - 0.5 inch for no apparent reason. Assuming that they arent fully erect without proof is not a good reason. and especially in all those pics they look rigid and veiny as hell. Certainly not soft enough to gain an extra 0.5 inch. maybe 0.15 but not half an inch. I use to think that people over estimate a pornstars size because they are die hard fans but I've noticed the real motive of some of these people. What some of them are doing is trying to validate bad measurement methods as being legit so that they can give themselves permission to claim a bigger size via measuring incorrectly.

Most recent studies did use a rigid ruler, a rigid tape or both ruler and tape. Only a few used non-rigid tapes.
And the measuring method is pretty much standardized.

Yeah, he seems to have lost quite a bit of length recently. He is surely getting up there in years but I can't help but wonder if it is mostly due to long term overuse of ED drugs or PE/pumping...or maybe just poor diet and no exercise. It's quite obvious in pics. Still a very respectable size tho
