My next procedure is this Friday 3/17/17. I will take a lot of detailed pictures and make available for anyone who wants. I should be pushing 7 inch girth with this next procedure so most likely the last I will need. I will be getting the glands done also so will take measurements and before / after pics for comparison.

Had my fourth procedure done on Friday. I have no pain and all feels good so I will post a few pics of the wrap and explain a little about the post-procedure on my next write-up. My wife and I are expecting good results and are already anxious to get past the 30 day collagen growth cycle. I hope my documenting my procedures is helpful to some of you who are seeking to do the same as myself.
I will also do a detail write-up about the procedure and how the girth growth works. Your penis is not full of a bunch of silicone as many believe. The process is the same that has been used by women and their cosmetic surgeons for 30 years now. The dermal filler that is injected gets consumed by the body and is replaced with Fibroblast and Collagen. Silkon 1000, Artifill, HA, on and on, are all common and safe dermal fillers when done by a cosmetic physician. They work by building the underlying structure of your skin. The product itself does not create the enhancement, it is the result of your body creating collagen is were the enhancement comes from. So once done, it is all you, not a pile of silicone jelly that so many uneducated people keep posting on different forums. A simple research into dermal fillers and their use in cosmetic enhancements is all you need to do to find good information. Lots of data on these products as they all have been around for a long time for women, but now we have specialized physicians who have mastered the techniques for us men. ;-)

Adding a few pics of the wrap. You will need to wear for 30 days to control the shaping as the collagen grows. There is a band around the base that acts as a barrier to keep any of the dermal filler from migrating to low for the first 7 days. This band can be irritating to the skin so the Doctor prescribes special skin lotions for this along with a round of antibiotics and predisone for swelling.
The post procesedure is detailed and brings some kind of action every 4 hours such a temporary removal of the band, glans pumping and shaft massage. After 4 procedures, I now understand why he has focused so much on post treatment care. It makes a big difference.

Here are some flaccid pictures showing recovery day 11 after the procedure. Most of the collagen grows through day 21 so final results are not complete yet, but I wanted to show some after procedure shots. The symmetry is very good (he did a micro-droplet) type of procedure this time to create a good shape and make all surface even.
I had my glans done also but when flaccid my glans are still a little smaller than the shaft, I may go for another glans treatment. When erect though, my glans do expand out even with the shaft so they look fantastic and my wife likes their large size when erect. I will post some erect images soon showing my girth is now larger than the grip of my hand now. (Thumb to middle finger). My wife and I can hardly wait to try it out, but need to wait a few more weeks to make sure the new collagen is firm and anchored.

Nice to know my post have been helpful for you AvgWhiteGuy1969 and others. I don't know the other patient and have not talked to him but I have talked to a few other patients (outside of LPSG) as it is good to know their results and what I could expect. Most of them seemed to have bigger gains than I did after each procedure. I have been a slow grower.
I am very surprised at how flexible my wife is. She has had very long men before (she said they tend to hurt when they go too deep) but she has never had my girth before and says she loves it. She was worried that when I started to reach 6.5 inches in girth that it might hurt but instead says she really likes the full feeling. She looks on forums with me and commits on the extreme length of a lot of guys here but she says she much prefers my average length with way above average girth over all these long but average girth guys.
The treatments are a little expensive, but so is a sports car. I'd rather have my wife pleasing penis over a sports car any day. The doctor did discount my additional treatments a little as my growth was on the lower end so it was affordable but I did get a CareCredit card to put the bill on so I can make payments over three years. Day 18 recovery. Here are a few flaccid pictures to show my new size. My flaccid girth is now 6.5 inches and erect is around 7 inches (will add erect picture later). My flaccid length is about 4.5 inches now, about 1.5 inches longer than when I started all the procedures. I was concerned that I was getting too thick, but my wife says she like the very full deep inside feeling. But she is unable to perform oral sex now as her teeth really scrape hard halfway in. I do find the new intense sensations when making love make me orgasms much easier like i'm 21 again. I'll add some better pictures in a few more days. I'm not so good at making it look attractive like others on here can plus It is time to get the rest of my body in-shape !!!!

I had my procedure w/ Dr L on March 30.
Pretty amazing.
Preprocedure girth = 4" almost exactly
Postprocedure girth = 5" almost exactly
Was very apprehensive because photos seemed like the penis would be a bit "spongy." Not so. My shaft is very firm.
There is a ton of work to do EVERY day for 21 days post-procedure. Like an hour of stuff.
And there have been some painful parts. But in my experience that is all skin irritation due to keeping the thing wrapped up in bandages for 21 days straight. Plus there is shaft massages, glans pumping, etc.
All in all, pretty amazing thing.
From what I know, length is hard to change. Any suggestions? I have tried using the X4 extender but you really have to commit to wearing it for long periods of time every day and I wear business suits, so hard to conceal such contraptions.
But I do prefer my new tree stump over the thin stick in the mud I had before.

No. It is very important to follow the wrapping procedures for 30 days while the collagen grows. I am now too thick for the extender even with the larger base now to use after.
Dr. Loria has a technique that he is getting FDA approval on. It is a flexible rod that he basically surgercally inserts to stretch the penis. I am waiting on that. It will do the same as an extender but is internal and more comfortable, he said you will be held out like you have an erection all of the time slowly stretching the penis in length.
