It would be nice if there is something extra but onlyfans never promises you anything in return, in theory and in reality, there are fan pages that charge subscription fee but don't post anything at all, it's rare but they do exist, and there is nothing wrong with that.

The more important thing I think people need to keep in mind, every fan page is different.
