Nicholas Galitzine

When I watched RWRB for the first time, and this was without having any idea about Babygirl at all, I thought he sounded decent and he actually hit some notes, lol, but yes, it wasn't supposed to be perfect or anything. He's playing a drunk guy who is not a singer like him
Considering Henry's remark on NYE, "Ballroom lessons didn't exactly cover this", it's a wonder what a few tequilas can do.

...the wig :sob: :sob: :sob:
Although the wig gave us the best jealous Henry for 4 secs.
Not the sad jealous in NYE, but the side eye he gave to Miguel when he arrives at the hotel?
He looked him up and down in 1 sec. :joy:

That "we are not in the same league" glance :joy:

Just in time, Teen Vogue made an article about babygirl singing and his covers:
Nicholas Galitzine’s Taylor Swift “Midnights” Cover Is Breathtaking
Nick can sing really well, but his covers are disappointing & he rarely takes the trouble to tune his guitar. Too lazy, I guess.
that pic is cursed af lol here’s nickynick feeling herself after archiving it for the 10000th time

I really like this cover, esp. because the sound in that loft/gallery is amazing. I'm ambivalent about other covers. I think he needs to take some lessons. He is singing way to much from the throat.

out of curiosity, do you think that it was actually babygirl who was riding the horse during the polo scene, especially when the zoom in, bc some people believe that wasn't and used a stunt.

I believe it was 100% Nicholas. There is a video of training for that scene:

I think he has said that he used a horse for Cinderella, so the polo scene in RWRB was fun cause he had some basic knowledge already or something.

Also, if you don't happen to know the song in question, the texts are often incomprehensible because, as you say, he sings too far back in the throat.
He sang all the Cinderella numbers himself, didn't he? They sounded far better. Comfort sounds OK too.

He had a vocal coach for Cinderella so that's probably why (and I believe he had the same one for Idea of You? Will be interesting to see what the August Moon songs sound like.) And he didn't record Comfort all by himself either. He's definitely improved since the earliest covers at least.

He talked about being happy to be again on horses (riding sounded too much maybe? :joy:) but I think that what people was referring was the ass bouncing scene?
