I remember Chambers (tv show)... there was a massive difference between him flexing and being relaxed lmao sometimes you could see the outline of his abs and sometimes he looked like a middle aged man who liked beer too much lol And you could see his face in both scenes and him moving, so it was his body.

Here I think it's the pants. They can make aaaall the difference if they're tight in the right places. So whoever put this outfit on him to create the illusion of a bubble butt should get a raise.
