Can you guys list down what kind of job requires full thorough physical exam, as part of onboarding, worldwide - no matter which country you work in, the process must be the same as others?

I'm really curious about
- Flight Attendants and Pilots: All has to have full exam, regardless of country?
- Soccer Player / Swimmer: Did Messi have full exam by a US Doctor when he transfered to Inter Miami? Did Travis Kelce go through the same naked exam every season? (just some examples, you get the idea)

I have a younger friend - early 30s - whose parents always sat in on his physical exams - always his mother, sometimes with his father, too - all the way through college. I asked him once if it wasn't embarrassing for his mother to see him examined nude as he got older. In my humble opinion, it is absolutely unimportant how many dicks a doctor has seen and how he feels about it and if it is indifferent or not to him. What is important are the patient's feelings.

I would have to ask a doctor themselves about this other than to make this assumptions. They must have their opinions on this if they are willing to reveal it. Their is no way they are completely unjudgmental especially how doctors and folks in the medical community have released their opinions related to other medical exams/procedures

Maybe, but it is not about them, but about the exposed patient.

I've always felt that physicals should be done totally nude if the patient is accepting of it. I've worked on machine's my whole life and lots of times you see unexpected future problems on your way to fixing the planned issue. I'd want my doctor to get every chance to see those unexpected future problems.

I recently went through a 24 hour period where I was peeing every 30 minutes. No stinging or pain just a constant need to pee. I emailed my doctor and he told me to come in to the office the next day. By then, things had subsided quite a bit but he still thought it was worth a test and exam. I did the pee-in-the-cup thing so they could test for infection and send a sample off to culture it. The doc then wanted to do a hernia exam so I stood up and pulled my pants down. I'll be 70yo next year and shave my cock, balls, and an area about an inch above my cock. Don't know how many groomed dicks my doc sees but I could care less. I did that, although not for the reasons that you did. I had a bad sinus infection, my regular doctor was away, and this new young doctor filled in. When my sinus infection returned a month later I went back to him since he had made the original diagnosis and treatment. Same thing happened the next month at which time he referred me to an ENT. But he also said that I was going to keep coming back to him I should get a physical exam from him, which I was more than happy to do.

I see my PCP's partner for my physical exams. He's more personable and less awkward. Sadly, he's retiring so I guess I will go back to seeing my PCP next year.

This is highly inappropriate behavior. Why do men put up with the presence of females during intimate exams? Just reverse the gender of all persons involved and ask yourself if this would be widely accepted. If the answer is no, there is definitely something wrong with the scenario!

I wouldn't want a woman to check my prostate, if I had a choice. I would prefer a male doctor, as he has a penis, testicles and, of course, a prostate. If I get an erection, etc, he would understand, as he, himself, experiences erections.

I've never had a woman doctor, NP, or PA who examined me while nude. The only woman I've been nude around is my wife and she thinks its humorous that I get excited and chub-up when I see her nude.

As a smaller endowed guy who is pretty tiny when soft, I'm always nervous when it comes to having to drop my pants at a doctor's office. I've never had anyone act inappropriate in my presence, but I've been around medical professionals, and they are human and have thoughts sometimes, even inappropriate ones.
