Damn Right Jahan ! I feel the exact same way..If your doc is male then there shouldn't need to be a 2nd person ( female ) in the room. And if for some reason someone does assist the doc then they should be the same gender as the male doctor. I always let my doc (male) know that I don't need assistant/nurse (female) in the room and he is 100 % fine with it.
I'll be 70yo next year. I would have no concerns about being seen or examined by a female healthcare worker. My wife was a healthcare worker for more than 30 years Believe me, these gals (and men) have seen it all.
The reason the assistant was in the room with the PA was to take notes on the computer. The dermatologist was very carefully examining my whole body from ankles to my head including my groin area. He commented on anything he saw. It would have taken forever for him to examine and take notes.
It is completely indifferent what they have seen or not seen, the only important thing is how the patient feels about being exposed in front of females.
My testicle was really hurting, so I went to my urologist who discovered that I had a couple of epidydimal cysts. We discussed treatment and settled on trying a spermatic cord nerve block shot, which is a cortisone steroid injection directly into the spermatic cord to block any pain. As he does not do this treatment himself, he referred my to another doctor. So, I went and into the room walked this little, early- middle-aged Korean doctor. We sat down and I went over my symptoms once again with him; he was so shy and soft-spoken. So, when it came time for the injection he asked my to drop my pants and underpants to the knees and get on the table. Well, I was wearing sweatpants with a tight waist and, having read up on the procedure, I knew that it would be difficult to do this with the clothes at the knees. So I said to myself," Fuck it," and totally stripped from the waist down and lay on the table. He was preparing the injection, so he didn't see me, but when he turned around and saw that I was naked, he blushed a little and gave a little smile. He gave me the injection, I got up from the table, and he proceeded to give me instructions on possible reactions and how to schedule the subsequent three injections. I was standing, still naked below the waist while he was talking, but then I put on my underpants for the rest of the instructions, wishing to save him any embarrassment. It turns out that he wasn't embarrassed at all, because, for the next three injections, he instructed my to take off my pants and underpants and lie on the table. Apparently, it was easier for him to do the injection than to work around clothes, either at the knees or ankles, since the legs had to be spread a bit to get to the cord on the side of the groin.
don't care a fuck of doctor gender, if he needs me naked, I'm naked, who cares... after years and years of gyms and barracks many hundreds of people saw me naked, so really what the problem ?

Several weeks ago I had an appointment with a urologist specializing in ED. Period to his exam two much younger female nurses came in to administer the trimix shot.
