First they started adding tax, now they wanna restrict videos... and videos that we pay for.

Glad I got a couple guys I followed on iMessage and now receive content from them that way. Cause they trying to prevent us from owning anything.

You'll have to pardon my biting sense of humor and jaded response. I've just seen so many people on this forum say they have something or that they know how to do something and then they just lead the rest of us on. If you do have a workaround, I'd love to know what it is but if you don’t want to let me know that is fine too.

It’s impossible to stop people copying content.. period. I think anything you buy should be yours to keep as long as you don’t share it. Legally you are allowed to download videos for personal use in most countries anyway. It’s only a website policy not to do it.

I've noticed that lots of OF guys lately seem to have their DMs answered either by AI chatbots or by people in some other country who must be paid to write the replies.

I've encountered multiple creators in the last couple of months whose DM chats with me make absolutely no sense and are in broken, barely intelligible English.

I cancel subscriptions to any accounts where the DM replies clearly are not real.

The number of guys who actually reply to DMs in person is dwindling.

Pretending to be a creator and exploiting money out of customers with fake sexing and ‘jerk with me’ DM’s should be banned. It’s reasonable to use a management agency if you have thousands of requests and lots of content to manage, but be transparent about it.

Thank god I found this thread!!! I hated it felt like there was no place really talking about it. I found a little thread on Reddit but I rather LPSG.

This setting is soooo fucking annoying and I can’t believe they actually did this. My subscription is turned off on all of the accounts that have this setting. I didn’t even know wtf was happening until I researched the problem and found the Reddit thread. Some accounts use it and other don’t and the scary thing is you can’t tell if the accounts that don’t won’t press the button randomly one day and use it. This is the worse possible update onlyfans could’ve made. I can understand wanting to protect your content but my issue is the airplay man. Do they seriously expect me to use my small ass cellphone instead of using my smart tv. For years now all of the accounts I subscribed to I airplayed the video on the tv. I refuse to downgrade to using my tiny ass phone to watch these videos when free porn exists & can be airplayed.

Like some of you I messaged one of the creators and y’all encouraged me to message more because the more creators see that this is the reason we are leaving then it may encourage them to turn it off. But I told him and he said that others were having problems too. He said he’d talk to onlyfans but wants to keep the settings up. The annoying part is him saying that he wants to keep it up because it protects his content for his subscribers. I’m like what??? You’re not turning this into something good for your subscribers. This is something only good for yourself. You’re doing it so less people spread your videos and hopefully you get more resubbers since they can’t download the videos. When this is gonna have the OPPOSITE effect. If people can download your videos, can’t airplay them, can’t get good quality on the videos without them lagging do you really think they are gonna want to continue subscribing to your account? That’s why people are leaving now.

Even accounts that have like 20 followers max have this setting on like bro who leaking your content? So frustrating. But I’m he bright side I have content of probably 100 creators downloaded on to my computer and drives. So now that onlyfans is hitting the fan I have all the porn I fucking need so the company gets less money and the greedy creators that use this setting get less money & I get to walk away with my bag of content already secured. I’ll get the last laugh I promise you. Onlyfans ultimately is saving me money anyways with this lame change. I’ll be less likely to subscribe to any user now. Good business strategy.

ALSO!! For the people having issues with custom videos. Or possibly even PPV I do have a solution for you!

I have bought many many Custom videos. The custom videos I buy are always fetish related so I know of other methods to receive these videos. Because onlyfans execs are prudes so if I receive my. Custom vids on onlyfans they get deleted. All you have to do is get the creator to upload the custom video into a file sharing site & have them send you the file link. And boom easy download. Also other methods include using app like Telegram, WhatsApp, Snapchat. Where it’s even easier sending videos. This can work for PPV as well if you message the creator and tell them the situation I’m sure they’ll want the profit & be accommodating to doing it for you. Not all some of course may be assholes. Or may not even reply. But in my experience especially with customs everyone’s worked with me and using file sharing sites or messaging apps. If you guys want example of file sharing sites/apps that I’ve used with creators or have absolutely any other questions ask me. Because I have vast knowledge/experience about this stuff. Since I can’t use normal means for paying/receiving/asking for customs.

So while i noticed before I could no longer airplay, i now have noticed the first part of playback is blurry on my phone. It can be up to 20 seconds before it becomes clear and some videos are only 30 seconds so most of the video is seen in low quality. I thought it could be buffering but on playback it does the same thing. And i have a fast connection and a 1 year old phone so not sure what the problem is and if there is a solution.

same here, that's why I'm refusing to buy any ppv's until there's either a simple browser extension to get around drm, or onlyfans realizes they fucked up and disables that shit altogether.​
