That's too bad. Guys got hard in my school showers. We just accepted it as something that happens to younger guys, those random boners for no reason.
I love open showers. When I was in college, I lived in a small all-male dorm with the open shower room for the entire dorm in the basement. We were forced to shower together, but no one complained. It was exciting to see some of the guys I ogled during the day, naked with me in the shower. Even the shyest of us were forced to let everybody see everything. For some, it was a help in getting out of their shell. If someone went into the shower late at night, you knew he was jacking off, sometimes not by himself. Lots of good memories of that.

Great memories that young guys today miss out on. I had group showers in high school and in college and it was a great bonding experience. And had the same experience with guys jacking off late at night in the showers.

True. I was in the locker room recently and a tween/teen swim team came in to change. One was changing without a towel and dancing around a bit, and another who was tightly wrapped in his towel told him to not be weird. Not "gay", just "weird". At least they've upgraded from homophobic comments?
