Have you tried kegal exercises to shoot more ‘powerfully’ to get more out your system? It’s not necessarily going to solve your problem but should reduce them.

^^ In the absence of post emission urination, as stated above, that happens to me too. In which case I prefer night-time ejaculation - after which I don't don underwear. I instead clean up, cover up with a T-shirt - to absorb any further emissions - and get to sleep.

Thanks guys, makes me feel better to know it’s not just me. I’ve experimented with the pressing on the perineum and was shocked. It works really well, but I’ve discovered that my ejaculation is only about a third of the overall production. The leakage is the other 2/3rds.

I figure it shouldn’t be that much, so will definitely consult with my urologist. Appt set for June 3rd.
