I mentioned earlier in this thread, that I also use this two finger hold.
What I didn't mention is that I am "cut." So, I guess it can be used
by both the uncut and the cut!
All the friends, from my childhood that I mentioned in the earlier post
are American and are all "cut" and they used the same hold. Some of
them still do since I have had the opportunity to occasionally see them
at a urinal.
They were older and were using it first, so I am sure that I learned it
from them. Today I talked with one of them...we have always been
comfortable talking about anything with each other...and I asked if he
still used that hold and he said yes.....and laughing, said...
"oh, you mean the old first and middle finger "cigarette hold."
