Whenever I add Pygeum into my supplement routine, if anything the volume of any emissions goes down. The supplement I’m taking also contains Saw Palmetto and nettles, do those ingredients have an effect or am I just responding differently?

GNC Mega-Man Performance and Vertility multi pack. Has all kinds of stuff and some duplicate of below.

3,000 mg L-Argenine
1,000 mg NAC
6,000 mg Lecithin
500 mg Maca

Should this be a good stack to start? When should I expect results?

I take pygeum, celery seed, lecithin, l-lysine and maca. When I can get it, I also take tongkat ali. That combined with maca really gets me horned up. I was taking zinc, but I got mixed results with that.

I stick with the recommend dosage, but I recommend edging yourself to keep a flow. It helps you produce more precum, especially when you're off the cycle (like how I was).

I've been off my cycle the past few weeks due to being sick, but I was still dripping precum like a faucet. I had my underwear still on at the time, but you can see how much of a mess it was. I'll probably be back on it this weekend to ensure it stays drippy (or increase even more)

Little tweak to the stack, upped to 7,000 mg l-arginine and added Pygeum. Any input?

It’s not exactly squirting out with adding the pygeum but it’s definitely increased the volume of precum. Only taking 1200mg of it for about 3 weeks now. Noticeable difference. Will say my loads have been thicker (not necessarily more volume) than normal not sure if that’s a negative or positive thing.

Congratulations on the increase. If you haven't upped the amount of water you are drinking each day try doing that. You may find you'll produce even more pre.

I ordered pygeum from the U.S., can’t remember which online shop it was…
It got blocked and I even received a warning from customs because pygeum is listed as an endangered plant in Germany (or EU).
Better look for a seller based directly in NL.

I've been taking black maca and the piping rock 4,000 mg for about a month now and omg I just edged myself and I precummed a lot to where I could use it as lube but it dried quick I wasn't able to produce more. I've tried taking pygeum before but had no luck. I'm back on it and this time I think I need to learn how to push it out. I'm still trying to figure out how to do reverse kegels.
Ive noticed I normally squeeze my cock and contract while edging. Pushing hard on my cock instead can get a drop of precum out.

Any advice on how to stop squeezing my cock and how to teach myself to milk out precum instead of holding it back?

I'm so interested into that too!

yap it is available also on the amazon store of my country but it is quite more expensive than the swanson or similar brands ones sold from U.S.
