Yes, 8” is shown on the the tape measure, but that bears no relationship to the true length of his dick. His placement of the tape measure and the angle from which the tape and penis are observed are significant factors in exaggerating size. I cannot claim to meet the OP's original requirement for 8" non bone-pressed - my absolute max falls just a bit short, at 7.75" NBP. However, I do go past 8" bone-pressed (8.125" in the pic, 8.25" at my very hardest).
