BPEL is now 9"3/8, and BPSFL 9"15/16.
From now on I won't be updating this thread. Not that I'm giving up on PE, but I've been running a parallel more detailed journal over on a PE-specific site and I don't see the point in keeping this one too. A big thank you to LPSG though, as it was here that I first heard about PE exercising.

There's no deterioration in the quality / firmness / duration of your erections?
Hey sdp, so didn't manual stretching lower your EQ, did they? This sounds interesting, I've read some people reported lower EQ
I used basically as much strength as I could, the grip always being the weakest link.How much strength do you suggest to use?
Did you report flaccid gains too due to manual stretching?
