BPEL is now 9"3/8, and BPSFL 9"15/16.

From now on I won't be updating this thread. Not that I'm giving up on PE, but I've been running a parallel more detailed journal over on a PE-specific site and I don't see the point in keeping this one too. A big thank you to LPSG though, as it was here that I first heard about PE exercising.

For anyone interested, I'll keep on updating my signature and my "measuring" album, and questions are still welcome :)

SDP thats impressive, are you just jelquing or strecthing with an extender. A tip should you ever consider gaining girth; try a Bathmate Goliath.

Wow - I have always been sceptical of p/e products and exercises, but your journal is interesting. The last shot is really impressive. What news from 2014? There's no deterioration in the quality / firmness / duration of your erections?

My erection quality hasn't changed at all. The angle of my max erection is lower now because of the longer ligaments, but I still get as rock hard as ever.

dude i am doing the newbie routine on thundersplace and they say most gain 0,25-0,75 inches in length during the first 3 months, u agree?

its like 5 minutes manual stretching towards 10 minutes over the course of 6 weeks and 200 jelqs towards 600 over the course of 6 weeks including some kegels and warming up

a little over a week in and havent noticed anything:frown1:

Hey sdp, so didn't manual stretching lower your EQ, did they? This sounds interesting, I've read some people reported lower EQ..how much strength do you suggest to use?

It didn't hurt my erection quality at all. It did lower the angle a bit, but it's fine as it used to be really high.

How much strength do you suggest to use?
I used basically as much strength as I could, the grip always being the weakest link.

Nice gains. I'm going to add some manual stretching too, I'm only jelqing right now.
