This guy has the same name and was in the Air Force like noel but it's a case of mistaken identity. Noel lives in the south and this guy is way up north. This guy is a lot older too (Noel around 28). As I was looking around I saw how the internet could mix thigs up. After all, some guys really do change a lot in a matter 8 years or so. If I find current Noel I'll post a pic.
