Showering At The Gym

If I go to the gym with a friend, there's no discussion. I shower before getting back into my street clothes. My friend can wait in the locker room or join me in the shower. If joining me, we'd usually have showers relatively close so we wouldn't have to shout across the shower room.

I prefer to shower in the gym with a friend, keeps strangers from approaching me and striking up conversations about my dick.

When I'd go to public gyms I used to shower there most of the time. My issue is that being one of the bigger endowed fellas, other fellow gym guys were relaying back to their wives (and GFs) about my size and my ex-wife would hear about that. I decided to build my own gym and have used that for over 30 years now....

Even after ice hockey practice/match I always shower.

It is nothing sexual, it is just question of hygiene standard!

90% of the time I'm showering at the gym so I don't have to get in my car all sweaty and smelly. Also if I'm there with a friend I probably wouldn't want them in my car all sweaty either, but if they drove themselves it's on them lol. Usually, we'll keep talking and joking around so it's not a big deal if they're at the shower next to me. My new gym has separate shower cubicles, but the lockers are still open. It's never been an issue of someone being too shy or sheltered. Just getting de-stinkified.

I worked out with a few guys and was the only one that showered. Once we were done, they would change and leave and I would stay back and shower. Would only see them in their underwear, and they only saw me the same way. The gym had private shower stalls, so would only be me in the stall.

Whether it's with a single buddy after a gym session or a group of guys after football, I just start getting naked and head to the (open) showers. Some join me, some don't. Who cares. If it's after football we are likely to chat, but about the match, not dicks or sex.

Thankfully, I and 99.9% of my friends and acquaintances will not become destitute because of a home hot shower
