Testicle size…. How big are yours?

The most accurate way to determine where you "fit" within a known testicle size range is to use an orchidometer. And yes, the Greek word for testicle is orchid, for all you botanists out there.

Surely anything above a 10 needs medical attention! I'm maybe a 3 ish.

I don't know about that, but typically if the size is proportionate to
the rest of the body the doctor will not be concerned about it.

Here I thought the orchid looked more like a pussy

I measured a few weeks ago when I came across a site similar to Calcsd (which they have an experimental one as well). I think it was 2.5 x 1.5 x 1.5. For me these things inflate/deflate all day long.
They look a big impressive pair!

I think technically the best way would be to get your measurements via an ultrasound. Just keep in mind that most studies were done using calipers and ultrasound measurements would be smaller than those so you can’t compare them accurately.

I had an ultrasound done recently (thankfully nothing serious) and was surprised to know just how large my balls are lol.

Orchidometer - Wikipedia

The beads are compared with the testicles of the patient, and the volume is read off the bead which matches most closely in size. Prepubertal sizes are 1–3 ml, pubertal sizes are considered 4 ml and up and adult sizes are 15-25 ml.

Another example that visual comparisons and estimations of sizes should never be trusted fully, and you're definitely not one of these guys who wildly over or underestimate; seemingly a solid head on your shoulders. We are ALL susceptible to these estimation errors !

Without anything to compare the beads to especially in the pic above, how do you know you're a 3?

You actually have it backwards. Anything UNDER a 10 may be in need of medical attention. You more likely are above 10ml if you're a grown man.
