They look a big impressive pair!I measured a few weeks ago when I came across a site similar to Calcsd (which they have an experimental one as well). I think it was 2.5 x 1.5 x 1.5. For me these things inflate/deflate all day long.

You should post one of those scans in your media gallery, LMAO!I think technically the best way would be to get your measurements via an ultrasound. Just keep in mind that most studies were done using calipers and ultrasound measurements would be smaller than those so you can’t compare them accurately.
I had an ultrasound done recently (thankfully nothing serious) and was surprised to know just how large my balls are lol.

The beads are compared with the testicles of the patient, and the volume is read off the bead which matches most closely in size. Prepubertal sizes are 1–3 ml, pubertal sizes are considered 4 ml and up and adult sizes are 15-25 ml.
