Yes, absolutely. Showing the entire circumference proves you aren't gapping the tape anywhere, the tape can be seen as intact and not cut/spliced.
Surely someone will say the tape could be phony, but it could be compared with a known and verifiable object like a working iPhone.

Yes. Keep in mind that focal length affects this perception, though. If the camera is very close at all to the penis, the ruler across the top of the shaft will appear to be larger (as it is closer to the lens) and make the penis APPEAR thinner in diameter, relative to the ruler. Your real life perception at the same distance would be more accurate because of your two eyes working together to reduce the angles of perspective

I think you're missing the point of this thread. You have to be the person with a 10" cock or be able to facilitate the confirmation of a 10" cock with the owner. Unfortunately you've just undermined the already-dubious claims in your post. Here's irrefutable video evidence of Jonah's endowment. Still think he was measured at 9 inches soft? Several 9inches were meassured actually. Jonah was meassured by several doctors soft at almost 9 Inches. It’s not just calculations. If you have a study with 1000 people for example to find out more about height. It’s unlikely you will encounter heights lower than 5 and taller than 7 because your test group isn’t big enough. But that doesn’t mean that neither of those heights occur.
According to size-distribution formula In human Anatomy studies, 10inches is within the size range in which the human penis can occur.
Also you could ask any urologist, and they will tell you that 10 inches is possible (even if they haven’t seen one themself yet)
