To be fair, I've heard that a majority of women wear the wrong size bra because they aren't measuring correctly. I think that's probably more due to being unaware of the correct way to measure than the motive most guys have, though.

This isn't exactly a scientific article, but:

80 per cent of women are wearing the wrong bra size

And, while every human penis can fit a standard size condom, there is a comfort factor and functionality to consider. Sex isn't very enjoyable if it feels like your penis is stuck in a vise.
