Well, there has to be some sort of standard, as without it, someone could claim the prize with a grotesquely mutilated dick via surgeries, injections, or pumping it into a balloon. I don't believe there are any plans for an in-person medical examination either. So, barring a medical examination in person, what other standard ought to be used, other than it passing a basic visual test of whether the penis looks deformed?

I would say no matter what people think the majority of guys on this site are well above the average but there are also some on her that will try a refute size claims just because the might not be as big as the ones they are doubting.
