I don't believe Drew and James Dean were related in any way. Dean was an only child, born in Indiana but raised in Los Angeles for a short time. His mother died when he was young, leaving his father to place him in care of an uncle and aunt back in Indiana. Drew Barrymore's family was of course the famous Barrymores - her father John Drew Barrmore being the son of John Barrymore. AFAIK, no one in the family ever married anyone related to Dean.

Brando was breathtaking in his early days and still wasn't bad looking when approaching middle age. Unfortunately, toward the 1970s when he was in his 50s, he really began to gain weight and was obese by the the 1990s. Besides the weight, Brando also supposedly started neglecting his person hygiene as well. During the entire time, he still had his voracious sexual appetite.
