Both can be lethal in non native habitats.

While automobiles are no fueled with lead enhanced fuel, it still used for airplanes.
So yes, air is still being contaminated with lead.

Agent Orange was one of the many lingering unfortunate perils of war.
We just don't seem to get that "peace" thing down right.
Nuclear. It's controversial. One of the biggest problems is dealing with spent uranium rods. Thorium would be safer (but the byproducts cannot be used to make weapons)..... so....
