So I have this undiagnosed pectoralis major and minor pain(just my guess) well actually the doctor said he didn't know. Just told me to take ibuprofen...which does nothing.

But that pain is suchhhh a bitch.
Only thing that helps are these exercises:

@Rinzier1984 I hope it helps long term soon. Ibuprofen is a good choice as a painkiller b/c it does more than just affecting pain, it also has a component that works against inflammations (I hope this is the correct word in English?).
