Look how big it is!
That's Big Ben consisting of 4,163 pieces of LEGO (8th biggest LEGO set ever as far as I know).
Those 4 minifigures in front of the building aren't part of the set but I just added them to show the scale of the building next to them.

At the end of last week, I thought things would be a little bit more relaxed at work this week.
Oh how wrong I was. Worked almost four hours of overtime today. However the weather was quite nice, more or less dry and even some sunshine. Not too cold either so working outside was ok. A little bit tired though.

Relaxed
I decided to take the rest of the week off. It's been the best idea I've had in the past couple of months.
The wife has been stressed at her work so I planned a little weekend trip at Joshua Tree national park. It's a great place to recharge our batteries.

BUT BUT. It's ALMOST spring break. AND i found out this morning we got approved for the cute little bachelorette pad we applied for, in an up and coming hipster neighborhood. it's got a city view and is in walking distance from at least one pub, vegan restaurant, and indie coffeeshop. i'm so happy!
