His character Philip was secretly shipped off to a mental institution by Kate and Victor after they found out he tried to frame Brady for his death which he staged because he thought Brady was trying to steal Chole from him. A bit drastic don’t you think? KJK is an asset to Days but the writers don’t know what to do with his character.

He was on DOOL a couple of years ago reprising his role as Philip Kiriakis. Johnson's contract wasn't renewed and the character was sent to a mental institution for an extended stay. Johnson's primary interest these days is music, so his acting work is sporadic.

Some of y'all acting like we're living in the 1970s lol. In case you haven't watched the news lately, THE WORLD IS BROKEN & no one is fully safe anywhere regardless of their sexual orientation. I live in the bible belt. It sucks sometimes. But I don't live in fear of being gay bashed. Society in general has come a lot further than you're giving it credit for. I'm sure if you went back to you backward hometown for a quick visit you'd be fine. As far as Trevor is concerned I think he's probably gay & hopefully he'll feel comfortable enough about it to come out before this dumpster fire planet is mercifully nuked.
