Trying to identify top with Cody Seiya

I'm trying to figure out who the top is with Cody Seiya in these two screen shots. Looks like he has a tattoo saying "freedom" on his right collarbone, can't see anything like it on his left.

Screenshots are from https://www.boyfriendtv.com/videos/802825/cody-s-and-dalton-c/ which identifies him as Dalton Cody (aka Altydalty) but Cody doesn't have any tattoo like that as far as I can tell, and also looks rather different.

Can anyone ID him?

He was Cody's hottest scene partner pre-mainstream debut, and it was a raw, passionate and personal video (still my favourite of Cody's!)

I did subscribe to DaltonCTRL's OF for a while, but sadly, it was sparse and the clips were short, and it appears that he's largely inactive now.
