It's confirmed by the directors and the actor (Jesse LaVercombe) in multiple interviews that it is indeed his real cock.

Jesse has done plenty of nudity before, but this is obviously the most extreme one he's ever done. He was very shy about it on zoom interviews which made it even more hot.
