Dennis Backus, the Hot Young Hunk model in the May 1999 issue, lived in my local area and I didn’t know it until two years ago. He sadly killed himself in the local jail in January 2014 after being arrested for kidnapping. He had used his real name and was married to a woman and had a son.

I think it was but it was the only older pic I could find. Apparently he kidnapped a woman and threatened her and was charged with the crime but then killed himself in the local prison. He was only 42.
