Should have clarified about this what i meant by comments, and what i meant was, writers should be able to post their stories and be able to add chapter to them without the comments being present between chapters like it happens now.
So the comments should go to a specific section, think the popular fanfiction site AO3 where comments are in their own sections.

Adding onto this, if you don't plan on adding a comment section, PLEASE, make it so people can recieve email notifications from the author only, cause now when i watch a thread from a story i recieve emails everytime a person comments on said story and it's kind of annoying when i think the author updated only to realize it's just people interacying with the story.

Separate straight and queer stories - these deserve their own category too (gay, lesbian etc)
Tags for stories
Search by a particular phrase can be filtered by tags eg. Search “first time”, filter to only return the first time stories with tags or subcategories of my choosing eg. BDSM, taboo, threesome etc
Comments on stories should be grouped together at the end regardless of when they were written. Having them mid story regardless of whether the author came back and added part 2 feels clunky and disturbs reading flow

Looks good so far but has a bit of a 90’s website style. Could be a little more modern with the headings and logo.

I write stories...but my stories are VERY brutal and extreme. I think that one category should be rated only for those who can handle the dark edge of hero destruction and termination. It's irritating to respond to someone who requests a story and then get in the reply..."I couldn't finish your story because it was too extreme. The reader deserves to know that aspect upfront.

I’m also a fan of this type of stories, especially involve gut punching where can I read yours?

I just went to dirtydiary.com to check it out. It looks like there is just one story there, so far.

If we are a member here, does our membership wash over to the new site? Or do we have to register as a brand new user?

Will there be a link on LPSG to take people there? Will stories from the erotic Story forum be moved over there? Or do you want voter input on which stories should be transferred over?

If we have erotic stories that are published, would those links be allowed to be posted by the author, so they can be bought?

I am not sure that purple will convey a feeling of eroticism for the site. Will there be an option for users to change the background color to something they desire?

That sounds exciting! I’d love to see features like customizable categories or tags, so it's easier to find stories based on specific themes or interests. A rating system could also help highlight the most popular or well-written stories. Maybe even an option for users to submit anonymous feedback or suggestions on stories? A clean and user-friendly layout would be great, with a dark mode option for reading at night. Looking forward to seeing the new section come to life!

Stories created by AI need a disclaimer at the top.

Genuine creative writers deserve stronger recognition / acknowledgement than the stories where AI is relied upon to create the story.
