Wearing men's tights in public - a little scary, but exhilarating!

As a cyclist and runner, I wear Spandex shorts and tights a lot. I've gotten past what anyone thinks about it. If they don't like it, they don't have to look at me. Simple as that. I've noticed a few negative looks, but I've never gotten any ugly comments that I'm aware of. I just shrug it off. That's their problem not mine.

Been running around in tights and same type shorts since forever--early 80s--never got a negative comment--one guy just asked me if I was gay and I kept walking saying "Yep" over my shoulder. Never noticed a not-nice look except for one lady when I was getting on an elevator but I just urned my back and felt her scorn. Didn't care one iota and got off (the elevator) before her anyway.

It is still regular sportswear. I run so wear tights regularly and never had any comments. I don't wear them when in am not out for a run, but occasionally i see guys in tights in supermarkets, just popping in for some food and drinks on their way to or from exercising. I never saw other people making a comment and most people probably don't even care or notice it at all.

I've definitely stopped for food in my tights after a workout. Honestly with the things some people wear to the grocery store, me in my tights are pretty chill. I've seen people at the grocery store in a bathrobe and slippers. LOL

I've stopped at the store many times while wearing my cycling gear.

Much of the negative reaction has come, I suspect, because you are commando, no a jock or codpiece might not have quite the same effect. When I wear tights I always jock up and don't mind presenting a firm full package.
I think that a big busted lady without a bra would get the same looks and remarks you get
THIS. A firm, mounded package is fine.

Last spring I began wearing tights when bicycling on errands (the plain blue on the left here). This week a new acquaintance that is much more bold loaned me some N2N tights for a night-time errand to the drug store. So comfortable physically but I'm not sure I would be quite so bold every day. So now maybe now I'm on a search for a nice compromise, not so squashed but not so extremely enhanced.View attachment 79150561
The N2Ns more for semi-private gay venues?

What brand are yours. Would love to get my own pair
I bought most of mine from Aliexpress.com and Wish.com, but they're shipped from China and you have to wait a month or so for delivery.

The ones in my photo are called "Athletic T", and "Tauwell" which I got from Wish, and I really like them. They're not very cold-weather friendly, but look good on me and are just nice for lounging around the house and running to and from the store.

The ones I got from Aliexpress are a brand called "Canghpgin" and are quite nice. They're a little large for me but are comfortable and a little more cold weather friendly and come in some nice patterns. I'm not one for "loud" leggings so I prefer a more subdued design. There are lots to choose from on both sites, but again, the shipping can take for what seems like forever, but the prices are quite reasonable.

All mine are Under Armour. Luckily I have a UA outlet near me so I can pick them up for good prices.
