What are you watching?

"Inspector Lewis" is a great series. I love Laurence Fox's nerdy character on it... He's a hot, very tall, ginger!

Pardon my enthusiasm... ;)

Agree completely. My wife and I love the relationship between Lewis and Hathaway. Sort of an swap on Morse and Lewis. We are looking forward to binge watching Endeavour once we're done with Lewis.

Morse and Lewis was such a great series. So incompatible as police partners, but, their differences always worked out well. Sorta the same with Lewis and Hathaway.

Now I'll have to check out "Endeavour"!... Thanks!

I agree!... "Peaky Blinders" is an awesome series... Fantastic actors, and period sets. I was so surprised by it... Got totally hooked, and can't wait for it's next season. It's production is as good as "Boardwalk Empire", if not way more authentic. (Beware: lot's of gang style violence!)

Speaking of great British shows, have any of you watched the five episode series "Glue"?... Best show that depicts the lives of twenty-ish year-olds that I've ever seen on TV... Creepy, but interesting storyline, with amazing, (and hot), actors... Check it out!

Thanks for the heads up - I'll look for Glue.

About "Glue"... There were a couple of unbelievable characters in the series, but for the most part the actors were so natural and real... And, well, I must admit, some are sexy as fuck!

My guess is that there will be a USA or Canadian version done of it next year... But, of course, it will be all hurried up and not have the gorgeous, strange, and thoughtful scenes that are in the original "Glue". You know how that goes with "Hollywood".

There are some scenes that are so cinematically beautiful, it took my breath away.

Isn't anyone else watching "Black Sails" and "Vikings"?

Both shows are gorgeous, and rather "boner-rific"!

And then there is "American Crime", and "Better Call Saul", (both are fantastic.)... Plus!... "Mad Men" and "Game of Thrones" are starting up again this week.

Ah-oh... I'm sounding like a television addict, here... :)

Black Sails looks amazing. But, I got into it too late....I'm lost in the storyline. I may have to TiVo the reruns.

Setup
Action:A group of friends are catapulted into the middle of a diamond heist that turns deadly when they are betrayed by one of their own. Starring: Bruce Willis, 50 Cent. 2011.

I've been slacking on season 3 of House of Cards so I'm catching up on that.
A great thing about Netflix shows is that they load the whole season at once, and then you can binge-watch... if that's something that you like to do with your weekend.

Then there is "hate watching"... "When the pleasure you get watching something on TV comes from your hatred of it."

Anyone else do that?... OK... I guess I should get a life.

My top three shows that I hate-watch are: "Under the Dome", "Scandal", and "Helix". All three have so much ridiculous, implausible drama going on in each episode that they feel like they are on fast-forward. And, really terrible scripts and acting... Like, laughably terrible.

"Under the Dome"
is the worst though. Incredibly terrible writing and acting. No one is believable, not even, well, especially not Breaking Bad's Dean Norris... Ridiculous "science"... Everything that happened in the last episode doesn't matter any more in a new one... Alexander Koch is super sexy, though... I mean, for a mouth-breather.

Can't wait for the third, and hopefully, the last season!... lol
