What's for dinner?

Tonight I'm attempting these. Never done Chilli Rellenos before. Hope they look something like these beauties.

Reclaiming my taste buds and stomach and food allergies be damned.

I brought a naturally brined corned beef from my fav. butcher and threw it on the slow cooker with several bay leaves, 10 cloves of smashed garlic, a slice knob of fresh ginger and 1 and a half bottles of naturally brewed ginger beer soft drink.
Set it going and after three hours threw in enough scrubbed chat potatoes to fill the gaps around the beef.
Made a cheese and hot English mustard sauce to go with it. I put a tablespoon of wholegrains mustard and a big handful of chopped chives in the sauce towards the end because I like the look.

I did have my phone next to me when I sat down to eat in case I started to react.
Hardheaded I am.
Suicidal I'm not.

I had Butter Pecan icecream for breakfast because when you're an adult you can have whatever the hell you like.

For dinner at work brought some yummy and crunchy radish kimchi along with rice and a French chicken dish cooked in thyme and ghee (clarified butter).

Unusual combination, but still tasty:yum

Tonight, leftover pork schnitzel breaded with powdered pork rinds, along with German Heisskartoffelsalat (hot potato salad). The pork rind idea came from a keto cookbook.
