What's for dinner?

Sunday 04/08 is Orthodox Easter, and my three grown sons will all be here. We will have
roast leg of lamb, potatoes with lemon, garlic and artichokes, salad, homemade pickled veggies, olives, tzatziki with walnuts, Agiorgitiko red wine, assyrtiko white wine, yogurt cake in orange syrup, with coffee afterwards.
Given my quarrel with the Greek Orthodox church, the celebration will be secular and limited to me and my sons. My eldest wants to attend Divine liturgy at the new ROCOR St. Innocent church in Rogue River, so we’ll eat at about 1400.

GO here also....
Sorry about your quarrel.....but glad your eldest wants to attend the Divine Liturgy..and
hope you will allow it and attend with him..:)
The food sounds AWESOME! ENJOY!!
Kalo Pascha!
My eldest is an openly gay US Marine, now teaching at DLI—Pashto, Dari, and Iraqi Arabic. The other two sons are identical twins, one a lawyer, the other a VP of Marketing. I am a widower. I am a retired Classics professor. Xριστός Ανέστη, καλό Πάσχα.

Beef pot roast and all the fixings.

And a beautiful gravy made with the drippings, red wine, rosemary and enough garlic to stun a lycan.

Roasted taters. Made em in the air fryer cuz summer is real. Not bad, came out hella crispy on the outside, floofy on the inside. Tossed in an herb garlic oil.
What kind of air fryer do you have?
I was considering getting one but my oven has a quick bake(convection) setting but like you said turning the oven is like:

This is me everytime I go outside from June to the end of August.

My air fryer is a late night infomercial impulse buy. Power Air Fryer, in red. Lives up to the hype like nothing else purchased at 4:30am.

YouTube is heaven for recipes and air fryer hacks.

ETA: I think Ms @LaFemme is of the air fryer clan.

Tonight at work I'm eating what I made Sunday night: Korean bulgogi (BBQ). You take a pear, green and white onions, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and blend them in a food processor. Marinate ribeye steaks (thinly sliced) with onions overnight. The next evening, I fried them in a pan with sesame oil along with new potatoes and mixed it all up with jasmine rice. Pretty yummy!!:yum

I ordered tamales from the place down the road. Sure my nausea is bad, but if I take my meds now, I should be able to eat by the time they get here. I love tamales.

I had a nice salad filled with green olives, yellow pepper, tomatoes, onions, apple slices and cucumbers. I flaked cut pieces of garlic barbeque sauce covered chicken breast into the salad and there you have it! A yummy, nutritious meal!
