High school for me. I noticed in the locker room when changing that my cock hung straight down and was 2-3 times longer than everyone else's. I see where you are coming from with the wishing nudity being mandatory but as a guy that is almost always under an inch when soft it would have killed my ego. I think "large" depends on the point of view.
When I had sex with girls I didn't felt large - but since I'm more into men I get more positive comments about my dick size. Due to the fact that I'm a grower I was often insecure in locker rooms but as I saw that some big dicks doesn't really increase by getting hard (or not even get hard) makes my more self confident.
