How about the poor, unfortunate monogamous bisexual who falls in love with a partner and then eventually gives up on having any kind of sex with the other gender despite dying for it, because it would hurt the first partner? The ideal for me would be not any of the above-listed, but probably either a bigamous relationship where all 3 were totally in love with one another equally, two men, one woman, or at least a "satellite lover" who is a bi male. I'd say emotional bisexual best fits me: I can have strong feelings for both men and women but have sexual desire mostly for men. When I'm sexually attracted to a women I usually don't know how to react because it's so rare. I used to be alternating bisexual through my teens.
