I don't know if this is the same case, since the one you posted happened a few months ago and the arrest I mentioned was earlier last year. Wouldn't be surprised if he infected more than one person, though.

I mean, I don't see how he could be arrested for the same crime twice. The screenshot you posted says he was arrested in Feb 2025. My original comment was last year, so I couldn't have commented on an arrest that hadn't happened yet. He got arrested earlier last year, so I'm wondering if he was taken into custody twice for the same crime or these are two separate crimes.

He plead guilty to the charges he faced and was rebooked into jail after that.
He was sentenced to one year in jail and four years probation.
For the other case he was facing he another four years of probation to run consecutive to the other case so he will be on probation for eight years total.
Not sure what the terms of probation are but I know he will have to take HIV education courses and stay away from drugs etc.
Likely be conditions on him having sex too, not sure how you can really enforce that though.
