Well I was not a teenager at the time. I was 22 at that time when I first saw him in the film I know What You Did Last Summer (1997).
Had several celeb crushes as a teenager during the 90's. Mark Owen from Take That, Adam Rickitt, Jonathan Taylor Thomas from Home Improvement, Justin Whalin from Lois & Clark, some of the guys from Baywatch, many wrestlers from wwf/e, wcw etc.

Adam was hot in the late 90's early 00's. I had his cd & was a member of his fan club, which was mainly touring info, merch and a photo magazine & poster with all pic's of Adam topless, in his underwear or naked & posed in a way, much like in the film Calendar Girls.
As a gay teenager in the 1990's my main crush was Mark Owen from Take That, always thought he was the cutest guy I'd ever seen & he always came across as a really nice guy. I was 13 in 1992 & Take That were starting to hit it really big at the time which "encouraged" the record business to flood the market with "boybands" full of cute guys which as a horny teenager was fun lol. There were also lots of other guys/celebs I thought were cute, among them cast members from the Aussie soaps Neighbours and Home & Away, the U.S comedies Home Improvement and Boy Meets World. Also for a nice bit of hot jock muscle there was Baywatch and Gladiators/American Gladiators.

i'm older, but i loved parker stevenson and shawn cassidy from their tv. show......many years pass, and i'm working on a project with kirstie allen..........it was a big fitting room, so when i took the couch, i was next to parker/ her husband/....i could not speak. we are expected to make small talk, but all i could do was blush..............later than that, i worked with patrick cassidy, brother of shawn, what a god.........stunningly beautiful, handsome, super talented and a real darling..........things do turn out............but i did hope for hook ups later in those projects..........no

Yes, I agree. I think the first time I knew I like muscles and boys was when I saw Chris Atkins in The Blue Lagoon at 6. I know it was an inappropriate movie to watch at such a young age.
I was borin in '79 & vaguely remember seeing a movie on tv, or at least part of it. It was a gay themed movie, I think it may have been "Welcome Home, Bobby", with Timothy Williams in the lead role & remember thinking he was good looking. I would have been about 7 or 8 at the time & didn't think "oh I'm gay", I just knew I thought this guy was a good looking nice guy.
