From a personal opinion, I agree with both points. However just judging on pure size v pure intellect is not a fair argument. In my experience lads that are big tend to be more confident v those that are smaller. That confidence carries them though to careers, management a lot of the time just needs confidence. Leaders are the ones that stand up and speak. If you’ve been hiding through lack of confidence you’re less likely to do that.
