The sauna in the men's changing room is fairly small and can get quite busy. On numerous occasions when I've been there guys will either enter naked or take their towel off whilst in there. You can walk in off the street easily. The university is accessible to the public and is attended by people of all ages. There are occasions when they ask for ID but this is usually out of term time or if there is an event on campus.
