Ex-Fratpad guys, where are they now?

You can check out my past posts for some lore. The whole reason I signed up here was because I've been doing a deep-dive on the Fratpad since 2022. I can give an overview, and I swear I'll try my hardest to keep it brief:

History:
The earliest available web capture of "fratmen.com" is on November 28th, 1999, launched by "Pavlov's Dog" to sell the first four Fratmen solo tapes featuring Sean, Mike, Chris, and Josh. You could also buy a "Frat Pack," which was a collection of all four on one 90-minute VHS. As far as I know, the tapes were created in 1998 or 1999 and the website is how Hostmaster John had planned to sell them (the sole owner of Pavlov's Dog). The "Alumni Weekend" series saw the first instance of more than one Fratman on screen, and the first one was released by October 19th, 2004. It contained the first ever "duo," a side-by-side (no contact) featuring Fratmen Kenny (Nash Lawler) and Paul (Paul Jerrod/Nixon).

John hired Jasun Mark in 2005 as a part-time video editor, then soon as the marketing director/affiliate manager. I personally believe that Jasun is solely responsible for the early growth and success of the Fratpad. He seems to be a huge part of its DNA. He was closely involved in the Fratpad's official launch on June 15th, 2006, eventually leaving the company in 2008. I'm not sure at which point the idea for the actual Fratpad came about. VoyeurDorm, DudeDorm, CocoDorm, and BoysCondo are the other voyeur cam houses I'm aware of that all precede the Fratpad, following in the example of independent producers JenniCAM and Sean Patrick Live!. Flirt4Free was launched in 1996, carrying on from the "CU-SeeMe" videoconferencing of the early 90s.

I've counted five actual "Fratpads" in total. At the start, the cast was split across two apartments in Hollywood, then they moved into a condo in the same building (and they had at least one other unit, likely one of the first apartments). They moved to their first actual house in 2008—one on Maui—then in 2009, we finally have the big house in Paradise Valley, Arizona. They moved into a smaller house at the very end of 2014 which I haven't been able to track down, but it's around the same area. The final day of Fratpad cams was September 25th, 2015.

Lifestyle:
In general, there weren't actually many rules for how to be a "Fratman" at the Pad. They had to be on camera four hours a day (plus the live fixed cams), and they had to maintain a certain look (every Fratman knows you don't shave anything on your body. They were even advised to keep tan lines when they were living on Maui.) But interestingly, they didn't even have to be naked. The nudity and masturbation sort of naturally emerged, as members would ask for it and the Fratmen would oblige. I'm sure it was generally understood that the Fratmen would at least be naked for showers, as was the nature of the voyeur cam house of the era. All of them were also already used to masturbating on camera, since they'd all have already done their Fratmen solo shoot, and perhaps some FMTV shows (which are the regular hour-long cam shows. FMTV is short for "Fratmen TV", the brand for all digitized non-Fratpad content.)

Members could purchase private shows from Fratmen at the Pad as early as 2006, and this eventually led to "duo privates," where two Fratmen could be paid to put on a show together. These are what turned into the PPVs (pay-per-view). By 2009, "Actives" at the Pad were paid—I believe—a little over $1,000 a week while living there, and it sounds like at that time they would be paid up to $5,000 each for appearing in an official PPV.

Alright, sorry about the scroll, for those passing by. Anyone can feel free to message me if you want to know more, or if you have facts to share yourself! Fratpad is a hobby of mine now for some reason...
This is great! A couple other fun facts:

From my understanding- the pad evolved quickly. It was just supposed to be a way to promote the fratmen website by offering a live shows. Then on one of the first days one of the guys wandered from their room to the kitchen w the laptop- and all of a sudden it became a vouyer site. i can't remember which fratmen it was that did that but there is a video somewhere of Jasun telling that story.

Leo became the manager because nobody else wanted to and he was the youngest member of the cast for a long while. John needed someone to make schedules an organized grocery shipJohn needed someone to make schedules an organized grocery shopping. Quickly turned into much more responsibilities, especially after Jasun left. I'm sure everybody knows us, but Leo is now the owner of hotguysfuck, biguysfuck, gayhoopla etc.

In an effort to keep their location private they guys always referred to living in Hawaii as “Fiji” and Scottsdale as “cyberspace”.

They didn't live on a main island in Hawaii and the locals did not like the guys.

HostMaster John or Jason Leo did live shows for about an hour every Wednesday for a while. No nudity or anything but it was interesting to see them interact w the guys and give members a chance to ask questions or make recommendations

i think $1000 was the base pay but I think there were incentives based on attendance but not exactly sure how that worked.

Guys worked two shifts of 2 hours 5 days a week. They were allowed to have other jobs but most didn't.

Rules included - no smoking, drinking, drugs or guests in the house. No personal contact w members off the site. Chase got special permission to host private group happy hours and smoke cigars outside occasionally.

One quick nitpick: the first duo scene was with Kenny and Tommy on the first Alumni Weekend. Since he posts here sometimes I just wanted to save Tommy the trouble of having to correct that.

Great to read all those func facts but as I remember, they were expected to jerk off. They had their weekly schedule and in those schedules they had marked which shows they were supposed to jerk off.

I remember … either Gage or Trent at a live show I was watching, somebody asked if they were going to jerk off. And he said no. “I’m not supposed to today, but tomorrow I have to” and he kinda implied this agenda / schedule they had.

:O that's news to me! Maybe it was just a later pad thing b/c it certainly wasn't before lol- Alan would go 4-5 times a day and Max would go a week w/o it lol

Oh that was actually Alumni Weekend 2! Released the next year. That one with Kenny and Tommy you're talking about was the first instance of contact between Fratmen, and the first instance of oral sex. So you might indeed only consider that one to be the "first duo," but I'm just talking about the first time Fratmen were in a scene together. Kenny was involved in 3 out of 5 of those initial Alumni Weekends. I think they did one more, AW6, and it was supposed to be in Ibiza back in 2007, which is wild, but that didn't end up happening. Sounds like they went to Aspen, Colorado in January of 2011.

And yes, what you're referring to is their FMTV shows, which as I mentioned were basically regular cam shows—and by that I mean "cum shows" lol. FMTV came before the Fratpad—2002 is when Fratmen went digital with "high-quality Quicktime on-line video" lol, but I'm not certain on when the streaming shows started. This started to let people in to the personality of the Fratmen, and like daRose mentioned, that was crucial in transitioning over to the concept of the Fratpad. Initially it sounds like Fratpad and FMTV were rather separate, but then there was a period of time between 2006 and 2007 where it was only Fratmen at the Pad who were doing FMTV in addition to their Fratpad cam hours. They corrected that by 2008, where people would get to know Fratmen for the first time on FMTV and then hope they would show up at the Pad. So yes, when Fratmen at the Pad were scheduled for FMTV that evening, they would often mention that as a reason why they wouldn't be masturbating on Pad cams. They'd usually hold off the day before duos as well.

But any masturbation or nudity on Fratpad cams was not influenced by production, is my only point. They were even advised to avoid certain things on camera in order to make duos more lucrative, like kissing or any sexual contact unless it was in the week leading up to a duo. It wasn't too strict, though. Jayden kissed Diego on Fratpad cams on the last day of Jayden's first ever pledge stay, and I believe Payne gave his old roommate (Fratmen Madison) a footjob on cam when he was visiting (I can't find any clips of that, but have heard Payne mention it in a clip at some point. I'm sure it wasn't to completion lol.) And we've seen the things Dmitry, Gene, Theo, and Wally got up to in their time haha it depends on how "adventurous" the Fratman is.

Does anyone know of the existence of a recording of the first PPV with Ricky and Dean, where it was, I believe, a tutor and student scenario?

There is a formally filmed duo of them, but the elusive PPV is more of the Unholy Fratmen Grail than the trio of Max, Casey and Mick ever was. (That trio has since emerged in several places.)

The Unholy Grail has already been found if I am not mistaken. I don't know if in this thread or Caseys'

I would love to see cam shows of PJ...on the Fratpad/Fratmen site...there is no archive of his videos with the exception of some of Gene and Jaden that he appeared in
I think he also went by Chas
Married w kids, his body is ripped and he's RICH. He's doing great.
Yup, loved me some chase ford/pj. Heard he got caught by his wife with a guy at work and she divorced him. Poor guy. Executive at some solar company. Im sure he'll find another wife or hubby soon. One of my favs

I love that somebody else remembers PJ!! Where did you hear that his wife caught him cheating with a guy? I noticed they got divorced, but I had no idea why. It almost looks like he has primary custody too, so I figured it was something on her end. It would really surprise me if he was with a guy because he wasn't willing to do anything at the pad with another guy. I don't think he would even do a nude massage or side by side. Also, this is like his high school sweetheart-that's crazy if he cheated. I always thought he was too good for her. He was so hot and only got hotter

How could you not remember PJ!! lol I heard this through the solar industry. Had a lot of guys join our team from Sun Run solar and so that's what they said since she filed. I think I remember him doing some side by side but you're prob right. Super surprising for sure. I can't find most fratpad archives anymore. Know where I should look?

Yeah at least in my state, if a guy gets custody it is usually because the mother is in jail, an addict or disabled in some way. Otherwise the courts seem to lean very heavily in favor of the kids living with their mother.
