Funny to read this - Les Mills in Victoria St in Auckland is one of my fave gyms and have been going there off and on for thirty years. In your experience, how long does it take others to copy your behavior? Just started at a new gym. We have a locker room with a hallway to the showers and five single-curtained showers (they are roomy though).

In two days of a busy locker room (teens through 50+), I’ve only heard one other shower. Today a large group of guys barely younger than me (I’m mid 20s) were shirtless in the sauna (co-ed, clothes required sadly), but none of them showered before leaving.
