The fact that it may be a viable question for both men and women doesn't matter. If it's posted in women's issues then it's expected that it's aimed at women providing a response. There's thousands of other threads where men can profess their love of cocks. Women have only two forums where we can primarily discuss issues from a woman's perspective and we are tired of men chiming with comments that are not related a woman's issue and / or where women are asked a question and a man answers it.
