All those fools have no clue about photoshop. It's so easy to get rid of repeating patterns in the skin. The thing is, every idiot can fake a picture nowadays so that it's hard to identify as fake. It's really getting frightening these days as digital editing of everything is moving further and further into the hands of "Joe Consumer" and is no longer strictly a pro thing.
