I think you would keep your gains but the shape might not stay as nice. Just keep a close eye on it and if the shape starts looking off, wrap it up. I wrapped for 35 days both times and skipped the second wrap, mine is now not as perfect as it could have been, but still super hard to tell the imperfections.
i think the massaging is as important or more as the second post 35 day wrap
How did LEEP procedure go? Did you get both insert and lig cut? Any details or pictures you can provide would be great for some of us considering getting it done.
What’s your guys’ thoughts on Leep? I’m scheduled for my first girth appointment in three weeks but a combination of length + girth through Leep is obviously enticing. However, I’m not finding any reviews on it and don’t really have the courage to be a pioneer for it. I also don’t know how I feel about having some kind of contraption inside my unit (sounds like a lot could go wrong?)
I thought about it when dr loria told me about it in oct 2020,but now I’m not interested in it at all ,it a version of penuma & they have a lot of problems with it& I was always told never cut ur ligaments that hold your penis,just my 2cents.
I’m having trouble maintaining the girth. Have any of you guys have had trouble keeping your gains. It’s been a two steps forward once step back process for me.
Some of this is most likely my fault. My social life has includes using stimulants while drinking and I sometimes get some bad shrinkage that can last for 12 hours after using stimulants. It is difficult to quite this lifestyle but I’m now prepared too.

Length about the same. Mid shaft girth 5.5” base 5 3/4”

Well that’s a good question. Have I spent my whole life measuring wrong? Maybe.
I might have lost a 1/4 to a half in in length. I think that’s ok cause I’m really just going for girth at this point.
People sware by hydration, must be something to it. My ups and downs are no different than pre procedure, dont know why.
The only time I see my girth shrink,is when I used to wrap it to tight!

I read that you're looking into LEEP. What length are you trying reach? I'm at 5.25" girth and I can tell I need more for vaginal sex. I'm at 5" length and overall I'm hoping to reach 6"x6". I can tell at my current size it's a teaser both length and girth. Although, when it comes it oral I'm gonna have to say goodbye once I reach my goal. At 5.25" girth there's teething as my wife is getting used to the size but can't last long as her jaw gets sore. Of course every female is different and I'm hoping I'll be good at 6"x6". For me this may be ideal. Not for everyone.
