I was thinking penuma at first then stumbled upon Loria prior to the new LEEP. Honestly both had pros and cons but now with Leep, I feel like it's just the best option on the market. If anyone doesn't know, he has posted his patents on his website and I have read his LEEP sleeve patent document, still not done but want to share some points that I have noticed when compared to penuma. I have not seen any before or Afters, and have not seen it in person and this is all from the patent document. So I'm trying to share what I know so maybe some one can share there experiences with the LEEP procedure. Not sure if patients are under a nda but there is like no info out there.
1. The sleeve is very customizable and can be shaped pretty much however a patient wants. It has multiple "parts" and each has it's function. Patients can elect different girth sizes and obviously it will be made to fit the patients needs including length.
2. Anyone who has researched penuma can tell you about the protrusion stories patients share with pain caused by the pressure from the implant. Loria is trying to minimize that with his sleeve design by using more flexible material and utilizing a more complicated function design then just a plastic sleeve.
3. The sleeve can be customized to give specifics asthetics such as adding fake veins, adding "pearls" that are like little bumps on the penis. I'm assuming that's added for extra pleasure? And also can be tapered how the patient wants.

They both are going to have the same problems, but at least with the penuma it was being inserted by urologists. This Loria isnt even a board certified surgeon.

I'm just stating the reasons why someone would pick the LEEP procedure over penuma. I haven't seen results for leep yet and that's why I'm on this board for the first time because I thought we would be able to discuss it openly without being shunned.
The subreddit for penuma is pro penuma and iv posted there before with my posts being removed because the presence of the penuma doctors there. And the phalloboards shun anyone who doesn't want to get injectables every 3 years. So unless there is a detected forum for the LEEP topic, I think I should be good posting it here. What do you want 1000 posts on other topics I don't find interesting before I can give you my thoughts on the subject that interests me?
And some people take more risks then others because they like the experience of trying new things. I also have 5 implants like nfc chips, magnets, and a wireless banking chip and tattoos. Which would also be not worth the risk for those who arnt interested or have risk tolerance.

Champagne, in your opinion what do you think is a good erect length? I think you had some length gains. I had two procedures but didn't gain any length. Hoping LEEP will help. Planning on doing LEEP and one more girth and hoping to get 6" girth on 3rd round.

Hang with weights and all day stretcher if you want more length. For my wife, upper 6s start hurting/ hitting cervix. I hung heavy weights and had a jes extender for 10 years, gained about an inch. Stopped when sex got painful for the misses, back down to low 6s.
